Gestampte Snoek

Gestampte snoek is a pâté-like spread also known as snoek paste or snoek sambal and is delicious served on freshly baked bread.

Method
  1. Remove bones from snoek and flake

  2. Place in food processor and add garlic, chilli and butter

  3. Process until smooth

  4. Add lemon juice with the blade running

  5. Spoon into a small glass bowl and serve.
