Emmertee (Emmer - Bucket; tee - tea), a sweet tea served in an enamel bucket. Guests help themselves by dipping their cup into the bucket

Makes: 10 litres
  1. Place tea leaves and ground cardamom in the muslin bag and tie securely

  2. Place bag in bucket and pour over boiling water

  3. Add condensed milk and sugar to taste and stir to mix

  4. Remove muslin bag when tea has desired strength.
