12 pickled herring fillets
3 large Granny Smith apples, cored and thinly sliced
1 English cucumber, thinly sliced
1 leek, thinly sliced
250 ml plain yogurt
1 ml freshly ground black pepper
5 ml chopped chives
Arrange herring fillets and apple slices in a serving dish
Add cucumber and leek slices and top with yogurt
Season with black pepper and chives.
