
An Cape Malay accompaniment for spicy meat dishes made with yoghurt, spices and dhania. Very good with beryani.
Ingredients
250 ml natural yogurt
5 ml salt
2 ml chopped green chilli
5 ml crushed garlic
60 ml fresh dhania, chopped
Method
Place all ingredients except dhania in a food processor or blender and mix well. Add dhania, stir and allow to stand for 1 hour to thicken and for the flavours to develop. Serve with beryani.
