A fresh seasonal salad using young spinach, avocados, feta cheese and pine nuts to add a little crunch.

6 large handfuls of young spinach
1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
100 g feta cheese, crumbled
45 ml pine nuts, lightly toasted
dressing made with 45 ml olive oil and 15 ml sherry vinegar
Method
Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl and mix well.
