A fresh seasonal salad using young spinach, avocados, feta cheese and pine nuts to add a little crunch.

Total Time: 5 min | Serves: 4
Ingredients
  • 6 large handfuls of young spinach

  • 1 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced

  • 100 g feta cheese, crumbled

  • 45 ml pine nuts, lightly toasted

  • dressing made with 45 ml olive oil and 15 ml sherry vinegar

Method

Add all the ingredients to a large salad bowl and mix well.
