Ostrich Egg Whole and Scrambled 

One ostrich egg equals ± 22 chicken eggs making this the ideal egg to use for a large group of people for instance at a champagne breakfast.

Ingredients
  • 1 ostrich egg

  • 200 ml water

  • 10 ml salt

  • 40 ml butter

Method

Beat egg and water together, then add salt. Melt butter in a frying pan and add egg. Stir gently to scramble and serve immediately.
